Signing in and your account
Neume uses one account across the iOS and Android apps, app.neume.io, and the Neume app in ChatGPT and Claude. If you can't sign in, email us from the address on your account.
Credits and payments
Making or changing a song uses credits from your Neume account. Subscriptions bought in the App Store or Google Play are managed in your phone's subscription settings; for anything bought on app.neume.io, email us.
A song didn't turn out or failed
If a song fails to make, the credits for it are returned automatically. Tell us the song's title and roughly when you made it if something looks wrong.
Neume in ChatGPT and Claude
Connect Neume from the app directory in ChatGPT or Claude and sign in with your Neume account. You can disconnect it at any time from the same settings; your songs stay in your Neume account.
Deleting your account or data
You can delete your account from the app's settings, or email us and we'll do it for you. See the privacy policy for what we keep and for how long.
