What is an AI sleep music generator?
It's a tool that makes new, original music for sleeping, relaxing or meditating from a short description. With Neume you type something like "slow solo piano, quiet, soft sustain, instrumental" and get an original track in about a minute, instead of searching through the same stock tracks everyone else uses.
How do I make sure there are no vocals?
Say "instrumental" or "no vocals" in your prompt. Neume reads that from the same box you describe the music in, so there's no separate switch. For sleep music it also helps to add "no drums" and words like slow, soft and quiet.
How long are the tracks?
Each track runs a few minutes. The examples on this page are between two and three minutes long. For a long sleep video, make a set of tracks in the same style and join them into one mix in any video editor.
Can I use this music on YouTube?
Yes. You own the music you make and commercial use is included, so you can upload it and monetize it. Whether a channel is accepted into the YouTube Partner Program is YouTube's decision, and its rules exclude "inauthentic content", meaning mass-produced or repetitive uploads. YouTube clarified that rule on July 15, 2025. Use new, original music for each video and give every video a real theme.
Do I need to label AI music on YouTube?
Yes. YouTube's disclosure rules list AI-generated music as something creators need to disclose. When you upload, go to the Attributes section and answer Yes under "AI use". YouTube says disclosing won't limit a video's audience or affect its eligibility to earn money, and it may add the label automatically anyway.
Will my videos get copyright claims?
Neume makes new music from your prompt rather than copying existing recordings. We can't promise an automated system like Content ID will never flag a video, because those systems are run by the platforms, not by us. If a claim looks wrong, you can dispute it from YouTube Studio.
Can I make a lullaby with words?
