Can ChatGPT make music?
ChatGPT writes lyrics, song ideas and structure well, but turning words into a finished song with vocals takes a music app. Neume is that app. Once it's connected, ChatGPT writes the lyrics with you, shows them to you, and Neume makes the song when you say go. It usually takes about a minute.
The song plays in the chat as a card with a player and synced lyrics. Every song is saved to your Neume account, so it's also in the Neume app and on app.neume.io.

With developer mode
Works today- 1Turn on developer mode: Settings → Apps → Advanced settings → Developer mode.
- 2Open Plugins, press +, then choose Add custom MCP server.
- 3Name it Neume, paste the server URL below, and choose OAuth for authentication.
- 4Save, then sign in with your Neume account when ChatGPT asks.

Yes. Attach the audio in ChatGPT and ask for the song you want. Neume can sing it again in a new style, follow its melody with your lyrics, or take its sound. A hum has no words, so ChatGPT writes lyrics with you first.
Can I change just one line?
Yes. Ask ChatGPT to change a line or press Change lyrics on the song card. Neume sings that part again in the same voice, and the melody and the rest of the song stay as they are. Each change makes a new song, so your original is kept.
Where do my songs go?
Every song is saved to your Neume account, so you'll find it in the Neume app and on app.neume.io. On the song card, More → Open in Neume takes you straight to it.
Can I use the songs commercially?
Original songs you make with Neume are yours, including for commercial use. If you start from audio you didn't make, like a recording of someone else's song, changing or remixing it doesn't give you rights to it.
